Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Telio is seeking an agile and dedicated HR Business Partner who is directly reporting to the VP HR of Telio Group. Key responsibilities of your role will be providing support to the CEE and Development team and the management in all aspects of HR and keep overall control of the HR functions.


Your tasks

  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the Software Development Team and the CEE Team
  • Manage HR processes such as: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, HR administration (contracts, reports) and cooperate with the relevant departments (accounting, payroll, legal), L&D and talent management
  • Contract management for HR-related agreements including all contractor’s documents
  • Review, update and maintain HR related procedures and policies
  • Interviewing candidates and support the hiring managers in the selection processes
  • Strengthening Employee Engagement & Retention
    Develop effective, working relationships with key Function Leaders and create supportive environment
  • Facilitate discussions & tasks around performance management
  • Contribute to and work collaboratively to support key projects within the company, work closely with Group HR
  • Effectively lead and/or support people and organization related change activities and provide recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness
  • Organize and manage corporate events
  • Other HR duties and additional HR related projects as assigned

Your profile

  • University/ College degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in HR
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or (Junior) HR Business Partner background
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong Hungarian and English knowledge with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively at all levels
  • Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, result orientated, structured way of thinking
  • Proactive, confident, “get things done” attitude with passion for the business and the colleagues
  • Precise, accurate and reliable personality
  • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Professionality with Microsoft Office suite
