Partnerships That Matter: Telio at ICPA 2026

From 25 to 30 October 2026, the international corrections community will come together in Belfast for the Annual Conference of the International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA). Telio will be there as a Major Sponsor, bringing two topics we believe are central to the future of modern corrections: the role of children and families, and the question of how partnerships can create real impact.

Under the conference theme “Partnerships in a Modern Corrections Landscape: Responding to Increasing Growth and Complexity,” the discussion goes beyond collaboration on paper. It is about how different stakeholders can work together to develop solutions that respond to the growing complexity of correctional systems.

Our team will be in Belfast to exchange perspectives, share experiences and actively contribute to the conversation.

Join our workshops on Tuesday, 27 October

10:30 | Children: The Less Visible Stakeholders of Corrections

Children are part of the correctional landscape, even when they remain outside prison walls. This workshop explores what changes when child-parent relationships are treated not as a side issue, but as part of modern correctional practice.

13:15 | Designing Partnerships That Deliver: Rethinking Roles and Outcomes in Modern Corrections

What makes a partnership truly effective? This session looks at how traditional roles can be rethought and how collaboration can be designed to create meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Two different perspectives, connected by one shared question: How do we build correctional systems that are ready for the challenges ahead?

We look forward to the conversations in Belfast.
