Following the rollout of structured inmate telephony earlier this year, the Namibian Correctional Service and Telio Group entered the most important phase of any digital reform initiative: learning from real-world use.
Telio Group in collaboration with the Directorate-General for Reintegration and Prison Services (DGRSP), has successfully concluded the installation of 9,062 fixed telephones inside inmate cells across all 49 prison establishments in Portugal.
